I’d say Tenka=Yakumo more than Tenka>Yakumo though. Tenka’s power has more variety but the sheer destructiveness of Yakumo’s power can’t be discounted either. I’d say it’s a toss up between Tenka and Yakumo if it ever came down to a fight between them. Only Ren with her bullshit hax powers trumps them.
