第7話「ココロワヒメの憂鬱」あらすじ：
　サクナが島に旅立ってからココロワヒメの日々は目まぐるしく変わっていた。カムヒツキからも評価され都で活躍するココロワだったが、サクナが一時呼び戻されると聞いて動揺する自分に気づく。サクナは、ヒノエ島での活動の報告のため、都に一時戻ることになっていたのだ。その後、久々のココロワとの再会にはしゃぐサクナだったが一方のココロワは動揺を隠せないでいた…

This development for Kokorowa is incredible. We see both sides of her relationship with Sakuna. Despite clearly having love for her friend, she’s suffering from jealousy and guilt. Even in episode 1, you see Kokorowa’s melancholic reactions to Sakuna’s bragging about being privileged. So it’s been a plot point from the start.

Made a recipe called gazpacho verde (with burrata cheese), though it’s not real gazpacho cuz it doesn’t have bread.
I DID use the leftover rice from yesterday though.
It’s good-ish. I enjoy other variants of this dish more, but holy f**k burrata is sick as hell. It’s like mozarella+++.

That’s a neat color. Rare to see such a vibrant lime green, I think it’s about as saturated as my moms nail polish, which is why I’d actually be hesitant to try it. This just doesn’t look like a good soup/stew color.

I had store bought sushi out of curiosity. It was alright, obviously not as good as legit sushi from a sushi place but not nearly as awful as I expected. Might buy again if I am desperate for a dose of sushi.

I can second Torokeru, and it’s perfect for first timer because it’s good, pretty cheap, and usually easy to find. Java is really good but it’s more on the expensive side, especially if you have to import.

It’s amusing how humble they are. I was expecting JAPANESE RICE NUMBER ONE. Seems like the stereotype of them being extremely protective of what is Sushi is fake as well, or just made up by snobby sushi chefs outside of Japan. I found it amusing one of them even mentioned not being bothered by the infamous sushi pizza(which you guys really should consider a crime).

The only time I do differentiate between “western” sushi to “real” sushi is when someone says they “dislike sushi” and I just wanted to know if they ate raw fish/seafood sushi or the deep fried stuff or the stuff that has cheese and other sauces like in your pic.

I don’t enjoy raw fish/imitation crab sushi, but I enjoy vegetable sushi with a little sriracha mayo. Admittedly I’ve never had proper restaurant sushi.
