山田はいつも素晴らしいけど、今回のエピソードでは間違いなくMVPだった。間抜けだと思われているかもしれないし、確かにそんな瞬間もある（市川に可愛いと言わせようと必死に努力する彼女はいつものように愛らしい）けど、今日の山田は賢いこともしてる。
山田は「実物も見て」というコメントで市川の気を引いた。多分それは、市川が山田に対して抱いているイメージに焦点を当てるのをやめて、実際の彼女に焦点を当てるために重要な言葉だった。
Another lovely episode, even got some handholding in the end.
While she’s always great, Yamada was very much the MVP this episode. She might be perceived as dumb and she certainly has her moments, (her trying her damndest to get Ichikawa to say she was cute was adorkable as always) but she does a few savvy things in this episode as well:
She gets Ichikawa’s attention with the “Don’t forget to watch the real thing” comment, that was probably the key thing for Ichikawa to hear, to stop focusing on this image he has of Yamada and to focus on who she actually is as a person.
