1期5話で、赤い目はもっぱら「火を扱う家系」(もしくはヒノカミ神楽/日の呼吸)に特有なものだと言及されてる。そして3期2話で、無一郎は日の呼吸の使い手の子孫だと言及されてる。無一郎の父親は何らかの形で竈門家の血を引いている、つまり炭治郎と無一郎は何かしらの形で血縁があるんだと思う
They literally say in episode 5 of Season 1 that red eyes exclusively belong to the “family that works with fire” ( aka hinokami kagura / sun breathing ). They say in episode 2 of Season 3 that Muichiro is a decendant of the sun breathing / hinokami kagura user. I believe Muichiro’s father decends from the kamado family in some way, which means both Tanjiro and muichiro are related in some capacity.
