このエピソードでは、人にはそれぞれの長所があり、良いパーティーは互いに補い合い、耳を傾けるものだということが何度も強調されていた。罠避けのチルチャック＋クリエイティブな方法で罠を活用するセンシのチームは本当にうまく機能していた。センシが外れタイルを踏むのをやめてからはね。
While I adore Marcille and her reactions (and that little bit of honesty about feeling left out when she was completely out of it), I loved that the second part of the episode focused on Chilchuck and his expertise.
The ep really highlighted on several occasions that people all have their own strengths and that a good party complement and listen to each other. The team of Chilchuck for traps + Senshi for using them in creative ways worked really well. Once Senshi stopped stepping on every wrong tile, that is.

2つ目は気にならないけど、1つ目をカットしたのは今回における俺の唯一の不満だった。このくだりは自分の経験が浅いと認めるくらいなら犬を殺したことがあると偽ってマルシルの頑固なプライドを示していたし、実はチルチャックと同じ感性だってことも描かれてた。パーティーの関係を描写する素敵な一時だったのに。
I don’t mind the 2nd but cutting the 1st was my only complaint for this episode. It shows Marcille’s so stubbornly prideful she’d pretend she killed a dog rather than admit she doesn’t know what she’s doing, and also that she and Chilchuck are on the same wavelength. It’s a good party building moment.

ギャグシーンでカットされた要素がいくつかあった。見られなくて残念なとこもあったけど、そんな重要なとこでもないし許容範囲だろう。
そういうカットされた分だけアニメにおけるコメディの量は漫画から多少減ったけど、大きなジョークはよくアニメに出来てたし、タイミングも悪くなかったから合格点だな。
Some comedic moments were cut. I kinda regret not seeing some of them but they weren’t that important so I can let it off.
The loss of those moments somewhat decreases relative amount of comedy in the anime, but the big jokes are done well and I don’t feel that timing is bad, so I give this a pass.

いやぁ楽しいエピソードだった。1話を遥かに越えていった。やり過ぎにならない程度にTriggerらしさをより感じられたし、駄目エルフが馬鹿をやってるのを見て沢山笑えたし。チルチャックも最高だった。パーティの中で一番好きだな。
Now this was a fun episode, way better than the first one. Felt more trigger without overdoing it, I got more laughs at the dumb elf being stupid and the hobbit is great, my favourite of the party.
