I will say that the anime actually bothers to animate certain parts that I thought for sure would be “panned away from”, like here, when she’s taking off her scarf. A decent amount of animation for such a throwaway 2-3 seconds. I feel like a low budget show would’ve cut away to some other stationary scenery so they won’t have to bother the entire animation of her taking it off.
