MEGA MILK：
大本はコアマガジンのアダルト雑誌『コミックメガストア』に掲載されたしでん晶氏の作品『貧◯巨◯ヒストリー』の3ページ目の右下のコマ。
実の弟に貧◯を馬鹿にされ続けていた姉が、ある日を境に胸が大きくなりはじめ、見事な巨◯に成長した反動で調子に乗りまくってイキリながら弟に胸のふくらみを見せつけるというシーンである。
MEGAMILKと書かれたTシャツ、キレた表情、何より谷間の深さが4chan民に受け流行した。
Tシャツのテキストは文字通りの「巨大な乳」と同出版社が2012年まで出版していた「コミックメガミルク」を意識しているのだろう。
