ラップソングはスロースタートながらも素晴らしい出来だったけど、そこで制作が力尽きて、アイドルのライバルグループが一貫してしょうもなかったのがね。ロックスターガール編がアニメ化されないのは残念
The rap song was legitimately great despite slow start, but the show blew it’s load and the idol rival group was a consistent downgrade. Shame we’ll never get the rock-star girl arc animated.

sad truth, I wasn’t willing to immediately dismiss his arc because I wanted to believe it would become something meaningful but at the end his callout rap on the big day was just so not needed for the plan to work, rendering all that time spent on him meaningless

Eh his introduction episode was a stepdown but the rap battle was fine. Nanami’s introduction is where it sinks into the abyss never to rise again.

英子を忘れるわけねえだろ。ベストガールオブ・ザ・イヤーで、俺の今までで一番好きなキャラの一人になった。作者は実在の人物をモデルにしたんだろうか、英子の仕草はどれも妙にリアルで、でもそれにしては可愛すぎる。
この作品は美術も素晴らしかったからシーズン2を期待してる
I can’t possibly forget Eiko. Best girl for this year and become one of my favorites of all time
I wonder if the author had a real life model for her, every gesture of Eiko have this oddly realistic but too cute to be true feel to it
This show had an amazing aesthetic too, hoping for season 2
