I have been here in the past too. From what I saw Japanese people usually wouldn’t do overtime unless required from them. Usually we immigrants are the ones wanting to do it because it pays more and we are here for the quick cash. When I see news about companies like Amazon it feels like the stuff I heard about in Japan over 20 years ago so I think things might not be better in west, they just don’t bring as much attention to their problems.

It’s not sad at all. When you’re 30+ high school and even college kids come across as children. They have no life experience or knowledge, interacting with them is just irritating. Sure a high school girl can make your d**k h**d, but you wouldn’t want to be stuck in an actual relationship with one. For a real relationship you want someone you can at least talk to out of bed.
