DIYをDIYたらしめていたものの多くが削ぎ落とされた。風呂ロボットはただのアレクサ風ランプになったし、ハイテクな未来の要素（ドローンがどこにでもあるとか、自動運転バスとか）はほとんど削られた（そのための予算がなかった）し、アニメではせるふとぷりんは丘の中腹に住んでいたのに、実写では平地になってたし、ブタとネコはただのぬいぐるみになったし、せるふの夢のくだりはないし、せるふのママはおばさんだし、ネコは屋根から入ってこない。

They stripped back a lot of the stuff that made DIY DIY. Ofuro bot is now just an alexa style lamp, most of the high tech future shit (like the drones being everywhere, or the self driving buses) was ripped out (because they didn’t have a budget for it), despite Serufu and Purin living on a hillside in the anime they’re now on flat ground, the pig and the cat are now just stuffed animals, no Serufu dream sequences, Serufu mom looks ancient, the Cat doesn’t come in through the roof.

60年代や70年代にも実写化された作品はたくさんあったけど、好評だったように見える。問題は監督や脚本家であって(実写という)メディア自体ではない。
You do realize 60’s and 70’s was full of live action adaptations that people seem to like. The problem is the directors and writers not the medium.

頭文字Dもアニメ化された後に実写化されてた。脚本家たちが、登場人物たちに原作とは違う行動をさせてしまってキャラを台無しにすることがなければ、うまくいったかもしれない。制作したのが香港を拠点とする映画スタジオだったから、それも関係しているのかも
Initial D was another manga brought to live action after it was adapted into an anime. This could of worked if the writers didn’t f**k up the personalities of the characters which do not act the way they do in the main series. A film studio based in Hong Kong made this so that may have something to do with it
