柚葉 / Yuzuha チャンネルがほぼ再生されてないのにチャンネル登録者が20万人以上いるのを怪しいよね。このチャンネルは盗まれたか買収されたんだと思う
Wayback Machineによると”Prinstor Zed”というチャンネルだったらしい
2020年までの1年間は動画がスペイン語になってた。当時もほぼ再生されてにあことを考えると”Prinstor Zed”も元の持ち主ではないと思われる。
チャンネルは2017年には存在してるけど、ゆずはが2020年以前にオリジナルのオーナーだったという証拠はまだ見つかっていない。
I was skeptical about Yuzuha/Tamayura’s channel having 200K+ subscribers despite barely having any views and I think the channel is stolen or bought.

I doubt “Prinstor Zed” was the original owner either considering he barely had any views even back then.
The channel exists 2017 but I’ve yet to find any proof that Yuzuha was the original owner of the channel, that is existed before 2020.

こいつが自慢げに話しているTwitterアカウントも買ったものである可能性が高いようだ。この件以前は全く活動していなかったのに、1.64万人のフォロワーがいるんだから
もしくは盗まれたものなのかも。こんな詐欺をするような男は、自分のために他人のソーシャルメディアアカウントも詐欺にかけてもおかしくない
The Twitter account he’s proudly bragging about this all on also seems likely to be bought as well. What with it having 16.4k followers despite the complete lack of engagement before this.
Or maybe they were stolen, wouldn’t put it past a guy willing to do a scam like this to also scam other people out of social media accounts to take for himself.

なんでこんなのが通ったんだ！？タイトルの使用許諾を求めるということは、明らかに分かっててやったってことだ。タイトル名を商標登録し、何も言及しないのであれば、偶然に見えるかもしれないけど、これはあからさまな強欲と浅慮だ
How did this even pass?! Yeah, the fact that he’s requiring people to ask permission to use the title clearly means he knew. If he had just somehow trademarked the title name and didn’t mention anything at least it’d look coincidental but this is blatant greed and disregard

How in all burning hells was this accepted by the patent office?
I hope this ends up biting him in the arse the same way back when people tried to “patent” the ‘XY Reacts To’ video format on YouTube.

SCPでもwikiとロシア人で似たような事例があったし。特許庁にはファンに対して悪意を持ってやっていないかどうかを確認するリソースがないだけなんだ。
SCP wikiのケースでは裁判に持ち込まれ、明らかに虚偽の特許を持ったロシアの男が負けた。
今回も最終的に同じ結果になるといいな、ならないわけがない
There was a similar case in the SCP wiki and a Russian guy. The patent office simply doesn’t have the resources to make sure you’re not maliciously doing this against one aspect of a fan base.
In the SCP wiki’s case, it was taken into court and obviously the Russian guy with his false patent lost.
Hope it turns out the same in the end here, I see no way for it not to.
