このエピソードにはすごく満足してる。制作は多くの内容を駆け足でまとめる必要があったけど、重要な瞬間はちゃんとあった。ここ数か月間、川辺の告白シーンを頭の中で何十回も再生して、どういう風にアニメ化してくれるのかを考えてたけどが、おおむね自分が望んでいたとおりの出来栄えだった。
ただキルコの泣き顔をもう少し長めに映して欲しかったな。
Very very pleased with the episode. They had to rush through a lot, but the important moments were there. I was playing the riverside confession scene in my head dozens of times the last few months wondering how they’d adapt it, and it was basically shot for shot exactly how I wanted it.
I wanted a longer shot on Kiruko’s crying face though.

俺はおっさんだから、TEXHNOLYZE、デビルマンOVA、少女椿とか色々見てきた。なぜ、レ◯プ、ゴア、殺人などは大丈夫なのに、NTRになるとエピソードを見たくなくなるんだろうか。この地球上で、NTRほどその作品を体験したくなくなるものはない
I’m old, I’ve watched Texhnolyze, Devil Man OVAs, Midori etc, Why am I okay with Rape, gore, murder and everything in between but NTR makes me just not want to watch a episode? Like nothing else on this planet makes me not want to experience media, more than NTR.

So, it really was Dr. Usami. I kinda didn’t want to believe it at first, but that river scene with Mimihime and that white-haired boy having a moment really cemented that it was really them. What a tragic end for both of them. RIP
Also f**k robin, Maru should have at least crippled him or cut his d**k
I think I’m gonna stick with the anime, the quality is worth the wait

個人的にアニメオブザディケード(10年で最高のアニメ)候補。2010年代初頭以来で一番のお気に入りアニメになった。この優れた脚本とさらに優れた制作品質、Texhnolyzeみたいな俺をアニメに引きずり込んだ作品を彷彿とさせる。
AOTD contender for me. It’s easily my favorite show to come out since like the early 2010s. It vaguely reminds me of the shows that got me into anime like Texhnolyze only with superior writing and much better production values.

Overall, I loved this series. Animation was fantastic! The ‘show, don’t tell’ approach was also great. It was fun going back to previous episodes and piecing things together.
