I think most of the voices are fantastic. Makima sounds sweet on the surface with a cold undercurrent, and Power sounds like a womanchild. Both fit perfectly.
I don’t like Aki’s.

Mostly because the community has head canon that Makima is supposed to have an “Ara ara” voice when she doesn’t. In a csm novel it’s mentioned that makima has a “soft” voice if I remember correctly.

Listen man, I get that at her core Makima is a very childish and lonely girl. But that’s not how the rest of the characters and the viewers are supposed to see her. She is a intimidating figure, a femme fatale who controls others. People are complaining for good reasons, her VA simply doesn’t fit her
